You never know how long a minute is until you plank. It is tough, but walking with your hands while planking is even harder.

Planking while walking targets your upper body and core, while shaping your shoulders and defining your deltoids. This is one way you can do it:

Step 1: Start in plank position. Put your hands underneath your shoulders and make sure your body is in a straight line.

Step 2: Move your right hand towards the left in step movements, keeping your feet in still in the original plank position. (You will rotate in a circular motion). Repeat this once or twice, and do a push-up between steps. Try to take at least three more steps in this direction to complete it as one rep.

Step 3: Change directions by taking at least three steps to the right as explained in Step 2.
