It’s time again to up your skin regimen game to ensure a healthy summer glow.

You don’t have to break the bank to ensure that your skin is summer-ready; it is as simple as adding the following steps for your normal make-up removal and cleansing routine.


This shouldn’t even be a discussion. You have to wear sunscreen every day in our climate and increase the SPF factor for summer. Don’t forget to apply a generous amount all over your body as well. 


Soften and moisturise with creams, serums and lotions (depending on age, area of skin and product) for soft, nourished skin.


Before going to sleep, gently exfoliate to get rid of dead skin cells and to open up your clogged pores.
