What better way to spend the summer days than by lazing in the sun and sipping on a refreshing cocktail or mocktail?

Torcida Sour Mocktail

Give the alcohol a skip, but hold onto the flavour with this alcohol-free option featuring bitter lemon, peach and refreshing coconut.

Ingredients

75 ml Vita Coco water

10 ml sugar syrup

20 ml lemon juice

2 dash peach bitters

20 ml egg whites

Grana Padano cheese

Glass: Sour Glass

Method

Combine Vita Coco, sugar syrup, lemon juice and peach bitters in a mixer, shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with whisked egg whites and cheese shavings, and enjoy!

Naariyal Hi Ball Cocktail

Unlike anything you’ve ever tasted, this rum-based masterpiece contains a hint of peanut butter, cherry and coconut – it’s a guaranteed good time in a glass!

Ingredients

50 ml Vita Coco water

40 ml Zacapa 23

10 ml Peanut butter fat washed Cherry Heering

2 dash Angostura Bitters

Glass: Hi Ball

Method

Build the ingredients directly in the glass, and add a block of ice. Garnish with Cherry and ice block before serving.
