Step One: Stand and bring both your feet and knees together with your hands on your hips.
Step Two: Using your left foot, take a large step to the left side and lunge to the floor.
Step Three: Ensure your knee doesn’t stick out past your toes and keep your right leg straight.
Step Four: Push off through your left foot in order to return where you started. This will count as a single side lunge.
Step Five: Do 3 sets of 8 on both sides.
