It’s easy to neglect our bodies in winter because layers of clothing trick us into believing we are protected from the cold, dry weather. But don’t be fooled; your skin needs a lot of love and lotion to maintain its healthy glow.

Below are three ways you can achieve it:

1.Soak in a bath with Epsom salts

A weekly soak in a bath of Epsom salts will not break water restrictions, but it will soothe any body aches and pains you may be experiencing. The salts will also remineralise the skin.

2. Body scrub

Regular use of a body scrub improves blood circulation and exfoliates the skin to remove dead skin cells.

3. Mix your own body cream

Mix up a super nourishing body lotion with products you may already have packed away in your cupboard (ones where the bottles aren’t quite finished come to mind). Combine similar products that add moisture and protect the skin.
