Take exactly 10 minutes of your time to do absolutely nothing and you’ll find out how refreshed you feel afterwards.

That is an encouragement mindfulness expert Andy Puddicombe gives on TED Talks. Puddicombe says 10 minutes of doing nothing including texting, talking or even thinking to just experience your present moment can refresh your mind. He also adds that there’s “no need for incense or sitting in uncomfortable positions.”
