Plank jacks are a cardio exercise that are effective in your efforts to lose that belly fat. With this plank move, you can maximise your calorie-burning effect in only two steps.
Step One: Start in plank position and make sure your feet are together. Your upper body should be kept stable, then tighten your core.
Step Two: In the same way that you would do jumping jacks or star jumps while standing, do jumping jacks with your legs in a plank position. Hop your legs wide open, then bring them together. This will count as one rep. Do 20 reps.
