Clover shares their Coconut Milk Tart recipe from the Clover Economical Family Fare cookbook to help make it extra special.

Ingredients

Makes 6 to 8 Portions

4 eggs

50 g Clover Springbok butter

250 ml sugar

75 g cake flour

1 ml salt

2 ml baking powder

500 ml Clover full-cream milk

250 ml desiccated coconut

5 ml vanilla essence

5 ml fine cinnamon

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a tart dish of approximately 30cm in diameter. Combine all the ingredients for the tart; then spoon the mixture into the prepared tart dish. Bake for 45 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let the milk tart cool. Cut into portions and serve.
