People tend to eat foods such as pizza and potato when intoxicated, but these take longer to digest. When you are tanked up with tequila, we suggest you nibble on:

  1. Rice

Plain rice is easy to digest.

  1. Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Never eat tuna mayo or cheese sandwiches, always opt for grilled meat as it contains sodium. Avoid chips!

  1. Banana(s)

Bananas are a great source of the electrolyte potassium, which gets diluted when you consume alcohol.

  1. Veggie Pizza

If you end your night at the local pizzeria, order a vegetarian pizza without the cheese, which may induce and intensify the heartburn and acid reflux.

  1. Water

Alcohol dehydrates you, so drink as much water as you can to help your body replace the lost electrolytes.
