Step 1: Begin by going on all fours, with your palms flat and hands directly under your shoulders. Your knees should also be directly under your hips and bent at a 90-degree angle.
Step 2: Raise your right leg slowly to the right until it is parallel to the ground. Ensure that you don’t lift your hip and always keep your back straight.
Step 3: Lower your leg back to the ground.
