  1. Protect your skin from the sun with sunhats and long-sleeve tops; when it is cold, dress warmly.
  2. Use gentle soap for washing.
  3. Preferably take a shower rather than a bath, as the latter may cause your skin to dehydrate.
  4. Gently pat dry your skin before getting out of the shower.
  5. Moisturise your skin daily after this pat down.
  6. Drink plenty of water.
  7. Eat healthily and ensure your meals are well balanced.
  8. Get enough beauty sleep.
