Ball Leg Lifts Workout For Inner Thighs

Shape and tone your inner thighs with a ball leg lift workout.

This workout will require an exercise ball to strengthen your legs and work on your core, while toning and shaping your inner thighs. Here’s how:

Step One: Grab an exercise ball and a mat.

Step Two: Place the exercise ball between your feet.

Step Three: Lie on top of the mat on your side and straighten your arm out in front of your body. Rest your head on your shoulder.

Step Four: Tighten your butt and hips and slowly lift the ball upwards. Then return your legs to the start position to count is as a single repetition.

Step Five: Complete three sets of 15 reps.
